1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

4. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
5. Always eat breakfast and stop eating after 8pm.
6. Limit intake of dairy products.
7. Cut down on your caffeine and alcohol intake.

1. Get enough exercise.
2. Stop smoking.
3. Avoid tight underwear and tight jeans, especially for men
